Our Leadership & Staff

Lead Pastors

Pastors Joe and Jessica have been faithfully serving at Agape since 2007. Together, they make a wonderful team and are dedicated to serving both the church and the surrounding community. They are blessed with three children and have a passion for ministry. In addition to their other ministry responsibilities, Jessica serves as our Youth Pastor.

Administrative Pastor

Colby joined our staff as Administrative Pastor in 2026. In this role, he oversees the church’s administrative functions, serving as Church Secretary and Treasurer. He also serves as one of our teaching pastors.

Children's Pastor

Carmen serves as the Children’s Minister for Agape K.I.D.S. (Kids In Discipleship Service), which ministers to children ages 4–12.

Senior Adult Pastors

Pastor Bob joined our ministry team in 2022. Alongside his wife, Tammy, he leads our Senior Adult Ministry. Pastor Bob also serves as one of our teaching pastors.

Teaching Pastors

Pastors Bella and Gabriel serve as teaching pastors. Pastor Bella also oversees the church’s social media and communications, while Pastor Gabriel leads the Young Adult Ministry.

Men's Director & Teaching Pastor

Pastor Devin leads the Agape Men’s Ministry, which includes a monthly Men’s Cell Group that meets on the fourth Sunday evening of each month. He also serves as one of our teaching pastors.

Women's Director

Suzanne leads our Women’s Ministry, providing opportunities for women to grow in faith, fellowship, and community through a variety of activities and studies. The Women’s Ministry meets on the second Sunday evening of each month and often participates in a book study. 

Missions' Directors

Kenneth and Debbie lead Agape’s Missions Department. They oversee our missions ministry, keep the congregation informed about missions opportunities and initiatives, and maintain communication with our missionary partners.

Nursery Director

Tina leads and teaches in Agape’s Nursery Ministry, which provides care and instruction for children from birth through five years of age.

Adult Ministry Directors

Lana and Bruce lead our Adult Ministry for Adults ages 31-50!
